auction sniper or snipe programs/websites

hey all,

new to this forum but have a serious question. if i use a web snipe program such as auctionsniper.com, and i need to login everytime i want to use it, does ebay track the IP address i loginto on that site? thanks for anyones help and keep up the great work!
