someone is selling a software that isn't his. i've tried to contact ebay for vero violation, bit a get a reply saying that "it is not clear what you are saying" any suggestion on how to vero this person.

he suspended me!

Which software? Contact the creator. I've contact Microsoft before, next day guy was ancient history. This is kind of playa hating, but you gotta do what you gotta do, just make sure they don't do it to you some day.


Which reminds me, I need to start selling software too. Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate, patched.

It's called a NOCI form. You can write it if you are rights owner for the item being violated.


I wrote one for a movie for which I had no rights. Just to get a seller suspended and tarnish rep of a movie producer. He was already in VeRO program, so I had to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ him. It's really easy, and straight forward. Just fill out a form. Nowadays they would want to call you on the phone and confirm.


You probably thinking you could write a letter to eBay and report a violator, and be glorious like luke skywalker or something like that. Fact is, they don't listen to none sense from a nobody. If you were an established and respected with eBay they'd listen to you.


In other words, you are wasting your time.
