Item is in transit but the buyer requires refund
 

I sent an item to Germany with EMS and according to the tracking info online, it arrives at the local office and the addressee requires own pickup. But the buyer filed a case requiring full refund because the item was not delivered.

My question is that in this case, whether Ebay will favor on me or the buyer? It seems to me that the buyer always get refund if they requested.

How did you print your postage? I had this happen to me and I just escalated the claim and told ebay that they requested the refund after it was shipped and now its delivered they said that I won because I printed postage using paypal and gave the tracking number in time and the item was delivered!

I printed the postage via Paypal. I checked its status on USPS.com and it says that the item was at the local office of the buyer at 11th and the buyer requires own pickup. Now it was still not picked up.....that's why it is not delivered

Just wait and give it some time same thing happened to me they were probably at work if they don't pick it up or it gets sent back to you is when you have to worry about losing the dispute.

twll the buyer to get off his lazy a** and pick up the package. it sucks when u use a stealth ebay and it has the stealth address for returns then jackholes like this wont pick them up then want a refund so u lose money and items.
