I have created a stealth ebay and PP account. The PayPal account is pending verification as the deposits haven't arrived in my account yet.

When i try listing an item on ebay, it comes up with 'choose how you'll pay for your fees', I have tried adding a card/direct debit and even link to paypal but its not being accepted? I'v done online shopping on this card before so there shouldn't be any problems.

Will I be able to buy a virtual card to get past this?

I'm new btw

Welcome to the forums. Other folx might correct me if I am wrong but other UK folx have said that you must have a verified pp to sell. Given this idea, you would have to wait for your pp to be verified before selling.

However - IN THE EVENT THAT I AM WRONG - you could add a cc to your eb for paying your fees...contact a UK-based seller here like GTB or so for the vcc.

you should be able to add a card if it is it a real card from your bank, if so the paypal would have to have a matching post code for it to be accepted.

If we are talking different postcode try 3v or entropay or preimcard or ibux, you can change the address on those.

As for vcc, try mrgtb, see if he can give you a loaded vcc to pay fees, although I think the vcc sold on forum are simply for verification only ie you add it but money never comes off it, the fees come off balance, may be wrong but think thats how it works............
