US Ebay Account Selling out of US

Does this look suspicious? If you ebay account is registered in the US but you want to sell in Canada. I actually contacted customer service and asked them about this. They said all i have to do is contact them again to switch the registered country on the account. However i dont trust those ppl. Has anyone ever done this before and it worked out successfully??

If you want to sell in Canada, why can you not put item ships to USA,Canada etc.
That should not raise flags. And I agree with you to not trust them. LOL.
