help with mailing address
 

i have a few questions about a mailing address. can i sign up with ebay and paypal with a p.o. box? and if so can they link my real info to that p.o. box? will the post office be suspicious if mail comes in a different name? or what about one of those online mail forwarding services like earthclassmail.com? will it matter if my mailing address is in a different state then my ip address or phone number? can i get a simon gift account with a p.o. box?

I have a PO box address and they only put mail in it they comes under the registered surname. i dont know if this is different with anyone elses post box
