Creating user ID onto your sister? Same address
 

Gentlemen, use firefox, if you misspell things it shows you as you type.

Anyway, my sista lives with me, at the same address I'm banned ad from eBay only, not PayPal. I wonder if my sista can make a brand new account with all her real information?


I want to use her account to sell legitimate things. Since she has SSN, and everything... But phone, address, are the same.

I was having seller account with eBay and Paypal account both get permently suspended saying high risk I resolve paypal limitation twice but in two days they purmanently limited my account, now I am planing to open an account with my sisters name different address she is married so different last name too however I am just worried of my IP address as I will be using sae Internet connection and I dont want to create multiple account only one as I want to continou long term Please help me I also read eBay stealth however I dont understand if my ip address is dynamic in long run atleast once my ip address will be same as I used previously as it randomly taken and I havent noted my previous ip address.
Please some one help me how to resolve this problem.

it is possible however you would need a different telephone number....

As long as you can provide all the info when you get the inevitable linking limitation to prove you are a different person (i.e. your sister) you might be OK.

As long as you are assigned a dynamic IP by your ISP you will be fine. In the unlikely event you are assigned the same IP address that alone shouldn't be enough to link you providing all other details are different and verifiable and the account is managed well. Just make sure you clear your computer of all cookies/flash etc before you get your new accounts set up.
