Well I'm breaking the golden rule and trying to get a "real" account back up thats been down for a month. Spoke to Trust & Safety today and got an email later on that more or less said...

We’ve restricted your account while we ask you to confirm your name and
address.

So that we can review your account, please provide us with the following
documents:

1) Proof of the name and address you have on file with us
2) – A copy of the front and back of your driver’s license or other
government-issued identification, and
3) – A recent credit card statement or utility bill that shows your
billing address. (You can black out your account numbers.)

5) – A receipt, bill of sale, or agreement with your supplier for each
of these items:

??? If I provide 1-4 (dont have a reciept), what are the odds of me getting reinstated???
