E-bay & pay pal : what is the point?
 

I find getting on both Amazon and E-bay a breeze , but when it comes to E-bay & pay pal what's the point?

What is the point when as soon as I create a pay pal account I am limited to £1900 a year and I make that a day? how stupid!

How do I confirm things that are impossible. For example paypal asks for my name , my dob and address then obviously when they check the government registers the information does not match because it is a bloody stealth account.

Can someone please tell me how I can get back on ebay & pay pal properly

To remove the £1900 limit you need to submit docs that match the name on the paypal account.
