This is why it's recommended to use stealth and not family and friends info because family/friends & business do not mix lesson learn mpve on good luck!

I surely asked him. That was the time when I had to explain everything to him. The problem is, in India, its mandatory to have a Valid PAN (equivalent to SSN). Which PayPal first verify with Indian System. Only then one is able to receive payments.

You have to make your own account with your own info.

IF that's the question, answer is simple - go stealth. Now if this PAN is mandatory, you prob need India-specialized help - sadly I am of no use there. Maybe some other experts can point you in right direction.

There is NOTHING that you can do, You should have NEVER used his Info, Now that you did, you are at his Mercy, Remember it is his info NOT yours, so he can do as he pleases, the ONLY solution is that you split the profits with him,
I Know that giving him money does NOT sound good to you, I Know that you would rather keep the Money and his information,,,but thats just NOT going to happen

Why don't you offer him a good cut of the $? I know sharing sucks, but at this point it's better than having to rebuild

I know the stealth thing as everyone is recomending me, but as I said, when we signup a PayPal account in India, its gets limited right away and remains limited till PayPal verifies and matches the information and your PAN. Its done by a third party agency who matches the information with the goverment records. So going 100% stealth is really not possible. In India, one will have to use someone's details to get their PAN IDs.

Dude, If that is Really the Case,,,well then you might want to look into making stealth accounts Outside of India,,,Not Recommended, but it does Sometimes work,,,the stealth guide Talkes about it,,,Sounds like you need to Buy the Guide or if you have it Re-read it,,
