Ebay, legality and selling unofficial merchandise?
 

Hello,

I know many stores sell unofficial and rip offs of toys/games/figures/bed sheets/stickers, like "funtendo Vii" (or whatever it is called).

I think Walmart, various different dollar stores and canadian tire are some stores that do that, i may be wrong.

I was wondering if that is legal to sell? The toy will not be a copy of the original and will not be listed as the original. Like i put in the title description

"Trailer park boys plush toy unofficial" Is that fine? Or the same title without the unofficial?

Same with t-shirts. Like the hulk symbol, bazinga etc.

i'd say don't put unofficial but you have the chance of ebay getting on your case, its definttely more of a prob when it comes to replicas of high end brands. i've never heard of this funtendo vii though sounds interesting lol

could i list P89X or Losetta Rock ??...(intended as a joke)

Don't use branded or trademarked keywords in your title unless you are selling authentic. Simply adding the word unauthentic or unofficial won't help you when you are reported.
