Is it best to make a new account?
 

Hi all,

I have an ebay account that is limited to selling 11 items a month per month, due to low DSR on item description.

Is it best to create a new ebay account and link my current paypal account to my new ebay account? I would ofcourse unlink the paypal account with my restricted ebay account.

Should I close the other (DSR restricted) ebay account or leave it and hope the DSR resolves itself over time?

You can't "unlink" the paypal from the old eBay account. You can remove it but the "link" will remain. You may well get both eBay accounts suspended by trying to circumvent selling restrictions on the old account.

Your best solution is a new stealth eBay account with a new stealth paypal linked to it - all new info.

Suggest you address the DSR issue - your customers obviously have a difference of opinion between your description and their perceived reality

You should atleast search the forum for your answers first before you post


And you should have back up accounts if anything does go wrong.

i would address the issues you have with this account BEFORE you start making more accounts to just pi$$ off more people with poor descriptions
