Ebay new list format for USA only... Beta...
 

How do I get off the beta? Or its impossible? I don't like the way it looks.

Yea, If your Beta Testing for Ebay,,Your account is Flagged, So Now they are not just watching what you list, sell and get feedback for, they are also using your account as a Guinnea pig before they Eventually drop the Hammer,,if I were you,, I'd Remove all the listings and shut the account down for a Min 6-8 months

I have registered new accounts and they don't have the beta. Its only for some I have. I was going to call in to get the beta removed and go back to old format of selling.
they have a faq on the beta that you can go back to the old format by opting out,
I don't see any opting out page, Im not going to call in or they are going to think im a pro and keep a good eye on my account lol.

Im stuck with beta.

what beta are you talking about ive never seen or heard of it

@FandangoKango, can you take screenshots of the beta page(s)? I think some of us would like to see what it looks like.

I had this new style and the account just went downhill. Though it is identical to another account with same day of creation that went well with the old format.
I am still doing a research on the similarities and differences to figure out how to avoid, if any know a tip, please share

LOL at some of the responses. I had the beta on my account too for a while. And i made a thread about it cuz i thought i was gonna be stuck in it forever. But there is a way out of it. All i remember is that its really small and its somewhere in the left or right upper hand corner that you click and it goes back to the old way.

I had the same problem on one of my new accounts a few weeks ago and remember reading that exact thread. My account still didnt have the option to opt out so I chalked it up as a loss.

I can't find the opt out like you say. It says go to the garden seed page and there is no opt out and I look on the page and there is no opt out. Im using mozilla firefox. Imma try some other browser!

I was just laughing at the the way you and Cardo had commented - entertaining =) especially given the context of the post and...its originator.

Two weeks ago I also had an account that was the new beta format, account was shut down afyet firs yt weekend of sales..

I love how when I make smart comments they get deleted, but these don't funny. :argue:

Idk what to tell you then. If you don't see the opt out button you just might be their permanent guinea pig. But keep looking for it. I know its on a certain page and its REALLY small.
