Can You Leave Feedback On a Suspended account? - NO
 

Just wondering. If an account is suspended right after an auction, can you still leave feedback?

Seems like ebay likes to just stop everything. Like how they completely remove your item if a highjacked account bids.

Seems like even if an account is suspened you should be able to leave feedback, it would also help with police investigations, maybe to help track down other victims. Does anyone have an answer for this?

no, you can not leave feedback what so ever, when your suspended your banned from using ebay or any ebay services in any and every way.

sorry i worded that wrong. what i meant more or less was can people leave feedback for you if youre suspended.

I was reading a story on another forum about a guy who got scammed. He said the person was banned after he had paid and he couldnt leave negative feedback. Is this true?

To me it seems like you should let the people keep leaving the feedback so if a court case were to come out of it, then you could get more and more people and know the victims. Anyone know if this is true though? That you cant leave feedback on a suspended account.
