just opend a account and and wondering how soon is to soon to start listing should i just go at it. also my items are not veros there liget and most go for like 3-5 bucks but normaly sell alot

It's safe to say you can list a regular non vero item at first to be clear of any MC violations and THEN you may list VERO items.

Have you created a buying history? Any feedback? Cookies? I will bet no matter what you list it will get limited if you do not have these!

Nah, you can sell before you start buying. You just have to know what to list. Certain items pass the MC limitation easily. Once you pass that MC limitation, you can list as you usually would. However, there are still some items, that even after you succeed in passing through the MC limitation, you will still get limited afterwards. With these items, such as Apple products, you will need to get at least 2 positive feedback from BUYERS to get past listing those specific items.

The reason why listing Apple products gets you limited after just a few minutes is because of the popularity. But if you get a few positive feedback from different buyers before you start listing Apple products, you should be good to go.
