When do BUYER DISPUTE'S count against you
 

I have a 2 year old account with about 50+ positive feedbacks and now I received a buyer dispute today for ITEM NOT RECEIVED but the buyer DID INDEED receive the package and I uploaded tracking info to prove it. Since the case was never escalated for EBAY to make the decision does it still count again my account to the # of buyer disputes in a period of 6 months or 3% of # of sales in 6 months. Would appreciate your feedback guys!

To my knowledge, if you win the case it does not count against you. And since you uploaded tracking info, I beat that your going to win if it says delivered.

But there is other ways of doing harm.

Can you explain what other ways can do harm?

I am just trying to be very careful
