manytimes if i go onto ebay with my old computer it will give me a cookie ebayobjects. is this the cookie they give to suspended users?

I call it the old computer because it is the one I useto use on ebay, It is a apple laptop. I keep getting suspended everytime I used this one so I moved on to my sons laptop just for ebay and I am doing fine.
But when I use my son's computer I get ebay.com cookies. When I use my apple I get ebayobjects cookies.
