How to Check Policy Compliance
 

Hi,

Is it possible to check Policy Compliance if you don't have a shop?

I have just had my first selling resrtcition slapped on me and I want to know when my compliance level is due to go up or how to check if it has

you should find it under the account tab...next to the messages tab on my ebay

Just to add, if the account is new, seller dashboard (inc policy compliance) isn't available until you've been sent your first fee invoice (or something like that).

or it is something to with you wont see it until you have more than 10 detailed seller ratings

Thanks for your help guys. At the moment, where it should say seller dashboard it just says seller account. If I go into that it tells me how much money I owe eBay and a bit below it about PayPal.

Although the account is 3 months old I've only been selling properly on it for a few weeks so perhaps the seller dashboard will appear in a few weeks

how many items have you sold or how many feedback do you have?

I'd got 47 seller feedback

then it should be on seller dashboard. Not at account info. I always save links in a marked folder so I can jump around ebay wasting less time.:typing:

scroll on account,pop up will apear,down that list should be seller dashboard:noidea:

You could also check on the eb dot com site.

any policy breaches will be in there:)
