Chargeback - Negative Imapct on account?
Guys when buyer filed chargeback from P@yP@L as - Unauthorized Payment will it cause negative impact on your P@yP@L & eB*bay account? Below are the solution options given.
Option 1: To proof that I have shipped the item by providing tracking number.
Option 2: Item hasnt been shipped and can refund to buyer now.
Option 3: I have refunded the payment to the buyer
By selecting Option 2 it shouldn't cause any negative impact right? Why I ask is because dispute such as Item not received & Not as described will look bad for your accounts where it will be recorded as non-performing. Thank you. |
