Ebay funds contract for shipping?
 

So this is my first time today I clicked ship from ebay and a pop up showed saying I could use ebay funds to ship and when the funds in my paypal would be available then it would be discounted from there. Is this true or do I need to add some kind of funds to ebay? Somebody who uses this please share?

I think that says it all, no? If you have 21 day hold on the funds, then you could not use this service.

i remember an email awhile back that said that the first $15 of a payment that was subject to a 21 day hold could be used to ship said item but you have to use ebay/paypal shipping. i did try it once and it worked but this was several months ago

Yes, in some cases Eb allow you to do that

This is what it says: Label payment options
You can use eBay funds to purchase and print the shipping label when you authorize eBay to charge your PayPal account later. Your PayPal account will be charged for the label amount usually at the time PayPal makes your order funds available.
If you prefer to not sign the billing agreement, your PayPal account will be immediately charged for the label amount.

Note: Printing a shipping label will automatically upload tracking information to your My eBay page, and can also make your funds available sooner.

I clicked ok, and it takes me to paypal to add a debit card. I don't have any money right on the debit card to try. So anybody else knows if this works or something?
