How to HIT ebay's # 1 front page spot ??? (consistently)
 

Hey guys,
Obviously everyone wants to be the #1 Top spot when customers search for an item. (best Match)
Just wondering if there are any tips/strategies to consistently be at the top.

I know "top rated" sellers get bumped up higher. I've also noticed that the more you sell/per views also gets you bumped up.

Just wondering if anybody knew any other ways to hit the #1 spot. anybody cracked ebay's Algorithm??

Being on the front page is a huge risk if you don't know what your doing. I for one probably never going to be on the front page unless I make a deal with greenbean. lol

In the UK it costs £45 to be at the top of the front page for 7 days. I do it on several items and it has always paid off in extra sales

and i thought the upgrade was pricey down here...

There are easy other ways to get higher boost on best match. You gotta test it to find out. I am sure, as has been said, others will not share info that might have cost $$$ in research. Not to mention competition...

It all depends on what people type in as their EB search as well. Just call Eb Im sure they will help you. Yea right. If you can Understand the person on the other line.

You JUST got done saying in your First post on this thread that it is a HUGH Risk to be on the front page,,,,Now you want to know how to get there,,,,

Doesn't it depend on the category you sell in? In some categories you can simply pay to be featured in others you have to earn it kind of deal.

If you want to be on first page when searches happen then read up on SEO on blogs and what-not.
