eBay Transaction Count
 

Hey everyone, I have an issue I am hoping someone can help me with. I searched for an answer but couldn't find anything, I apologize if I completely missed it.

Anyways, my eBay account has just hit to many disputes so my percentage is just over the limit which caused my account to go to below standard. This was my fault but now I need to fix it. What does eBay consider a transaction? Basically I need to increase my transactions until my dispute percentage is low enough again. Thanks everyone.

Also, the reason I ask is because I never see my transaction number change on my seller dashboard even though it says "updated daily" and I know I had transactions every day. Thanks!!

Sell low value stuff - ship fast - get your positive feedbacks + DSR up. Work on this issue quickly.

i'm only 7 transactions away from getting my top rated seller. Since then Ive sold 11 items but it still shows 7 transactions from my 100. How often do they update?

Your situation falls under "Seller performance" which is updated on the same day every month.

That's exactly my issue. I have no problem listing plenty of small listings but my transaction count doesn't change. Anyways, thanks everyone for your insight, hopefully someone has an idea how they update that.

The count doesnt change because as TGMT said. EB updates Dashboard only once a month. So you can get new Feed backs daily and they will show in the feedback # next to your User name, but will not change your seller rating until your personal Evaluation date each month. On the Seller Dashboard it will tell you your Evaluation date. In my experience it still may not even change to standard or above standards for a few months even if you have improved. I think they put these accts in a " we are watching you period" where you will be on probation. Good Luck!! I am in same boat and mine hasnt change even though my ratings are showing standard again. Many phone calls have been a dead end as well.

Make sure your providing your customers with the service they expect. Slow shipping and not replying to ebay messages will cause customers to worry. Lets think about it yes they can open a dispute but their money is in the hands of eBay and at that I would be worried so reassure them or providing tracking and they will leave you good feedback. Worked for me have 4 accounts now on TRS... I only started in November with all this but had to make mistakes to get things right!
