eBay Garden Effects
 

Hey everyone, really just hoping to get any input about the new eBay Garden as we can but I do have a few questions I hope someone knows something about.

I've already noticed that eBay garden has had a big impact positively on my search standing. Do anyone know why the search standing may be different with eBay garden in effect compared to not?

Also, I have 1 computer in my house that defaults to eBay garden, all the rest not, any ideas on if/when eBay will make this standard?

Because when you get the ebay garden usually your account is on watch and they are just using your account for testing purposes. When you try to list an item you get a new format listing and you can't customize your shipping and other features. It says on the faq just click opt out in the ebay garden, but nowhere is that option!!! I have looked for it myself from account to account and its bs!

Knowing eBay, the garden will sprout the plant from "Little Shop of Horrors"...

True Jeff, but on the flip side the plant from "Little Shop of Horrors" won't ban you for life and I would rather fight that plant than Ebay..Might have a fighting chance!

You need to opt-in first, then opt-out.


They will probably make the Garden mainstream, and have the Advanced Listings available with Ebay Store or some other subscription based stuff.

Well if they took a survey about whether or not sellers like eBay garden and the seller's voted that they didn't like it, I don't see any reason why eBay wouldn't make Garden mainstream :p

They have not updated garden facebook since June 2010 and a whole 601 people "like" it so far so who knows.
