DevilBay | 02-26-2012 11:59 AM | Buyer returns. Just wondering if this happens to others on here. Buyer ask to return item, I say ok and provide info to ship back, but they still go ahead and open a case. This has happened a few times already. |
Sandy D | 02-26-2012 12:11 PM | They do this to protect themselves in case you do not follow through.
We have some "professional buyers" on ebay to deal with. |
mercurial333 | 02-28-2012 02:32 AM | Cretin buyers, and no proper "Return Items" feature on Ebays part.
Ever since Amazon has the return items feature, I don't even have to talk to them. Simply click for authorize and that's it. They know the drill. |

Works for me, but I am only averaging about 2-3 returns a month. My not be an option for the "High Volume" seller. |
bruckshut | 02-28-2012 11:16 PM | if they really want to return it, i've had scenarios where i would send them an address of a secondary buyer.
first buyer that's unhappy ships to second buyer that loves it |

On topic, this is why if the item is less then $100, I will automatically refund first and foremost when a buyer wants to return. I have never had a buyer not ship the item back once they've got their refund and I've done this plenty of times. |

I haven't had much disaster my way.. how can it be though? |
bansheezone | 02-28-2012 11:34 PM | Welcome to eBay, cases are hard to advoid and happen with no reason. These really can get you closed down quick once they start adding up. Get back up accounts ready. |

Sandy D | 02-29-2012 02:33 AM | I have had cases when they returned an item and pp turned around and handed them the money before I could blink.
One case I opened the box and guess what? It was NOT the same item I shipped to them.
Small items on stealth I dont want it returned and issue refunds and tell them to keep it.
But with the way buyer are abusing this anymore I guess I might have to re think it if it continues to cost me more then I want to hand out. | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 11:50 PM. | |
