Reset time ? are we affected by February ?

Hi, guys,
anyone know when Eb.ay resets month limits.I know its ussualy on the 1st, sometimes i got coule days earlier.
Now is March 1st 6:10AM GMT , i have USA,CAN,UK,EU accounts all of them havent been reset so far.
I know some smaller shops or petrol stations were affectd by february 29th bug..
I hope it will not be an issue with Eb.ay
Could anyone give us a shout once got new limits, please.
Thanks and i wish Double limits from this month for Everyone !

CAN acc limits reset already.
Waiting for USA,UK,EU

My US accounts did not get bumped for February.
