New seller listing more than 5 items: How

Hi, This ebay member regsitered on Feb-15-12 . Is very new seller. But he have listed over 100+ items.
How can he get around the new seller limits of 5 items ?! Any idea ?

not all accounts get selling limits. some, for whatever reason, dont get any at all. no one knows why, it just happens randomly
