Should i contact ebay?
 

I really need help , I've sold 2 items but the buyer's asked me for a refund and i did but they still havent close the case so I'm still going to have to pay for the fees even tho i refunded their money.

Is there any way i can contact ebay?

I can call from my ipad from a different number(Not the one i created my stealth accnt with) would that be a good idea?

no you have to wait 10 days from the date the file was opened, after that ebay will either review it and you will get your final credit fee back or you escalate and ebay decides who is in the right. if the seller has sent them back then the seller is in the right. if you automatically clicked refund then you will defo get your final value fees back.
