Request higher selling limits on ebay

my account in new and only can sell 10 items a month,How smart is to request higher selling limits on eBay through request higher selling limits on eBay section what type of information do the system will ask.

i always ask for limits to be lifted right from the off and touch wood it does it automatically by clicking the "request higher selling allowances" link, ive only ever had problems getting it upwards of 100 and never from 10 to 100. Not sure if anyone else has the same issues
