Default Total system clean, advice please

If i want to completely remove all files from my computer including the hardrive, could someone tell me the best way do it please. So basically the computer is 'as new'

Yep, you need to format your CPU. Do a system restore.

thanks for the replys the problem is i responded to phishing email for my banking i didn't enter any details and clicked logout on the email link and was taken to my real bank site but if i have a virus no doubt they will know my real details, any advice appreciated.

I've phoned the bank etc and the acount seems fine. whats the simplest way to format

You shouldn't have a virus. Just clean your browser, delete cookies and you should be fine. Seriously.

You should use nob32, haven't have any problems since i been using that on m pc.

Sorry about the mis-spelling it's Nod32
Reformat then install nod32 you really shouldn't have alot of problems with any virus.

yep nod32 is the best antivirus :D had it for maybe 10 years, not 1 virus ever.

ive used a feature in the 2007 mcafee security suite, shreddered everything on my harddrive, that seemed to work for me.

Try CCLEANER also..works great--cleans all i.e. cookies,aol cookies, etc.
