Starting first stealth account
 

Alright everyone, getting ready to start my first account but I'm going to try and do it right/legally. Here are my only questions, thanks for ALLL of your help everyone.

1. Does Paypal accept EIN numbers in place of the SSN? In the guide it says that it won't accept an EIN for a DBA name but it will for an LLC. How does Paypal even know how your company is registered?

2. I already have my original company registered as an LLC and have an EIN for it. Is it bad to set up another LLC? Also, is it possible to get separate EIN for my new LLC?
