I am a normal account who opened a business. Had some mess ups I made in the beg, they rolled off account, all is well with the once in awhile complaint that is beyond control.
I'm still currently maintaining TRS with it saying I will qualify in April BUT I'm very close to losing that and I don't know how to save the account. I don't know HOW to use a multiple ID because I have one but have never used it. I don't know if I should cease ALL selling on the TRS account and build on the second ID or wait and see what happens.

Problem is I'm low volume. I only get aprox 300 feedback in 12 months so every mark counts for 12 months.
I got hit twice in December, once by a fraudster they wouldn't remove the feedback from, once from a refund who didn't "find" her refund, and more recently by someone who had a problem but did not contact me.
I've also gotten 2 nuetrals in 3 months by someone who did not read what she bought & someone who just said a letter. Not a grade letter. So I have NO idea what that one was even about.

My DSR's have only taken 1 hit. That's it so they are excellent. It's the percentage I worry about as it's hit 98.6%
So...my question is what should I be doing to safeguard myself? To keep my main account safe? Should I be rolling sales onto a brand new 0 FB ID?
Should I be waiting this out to see what happens?

I need some genuine help :( I'm worried and I've worked extremely hard to build this business. I worked really hard to learn the proper ropes and not make my earlier screw ups (which mostly amounted to shipping media with no tracking for cheap stuff and shipping manually at PO so buyers would get concerned about their item and it was still in transit but I could not prove that)

I'd say you should wait before anything happens, but take measures. Why not just try to push the percentage up by selling low value items? ( $2-$5 )

Thanks I will try that. I'm also talking to Ebay because I found where the fraudster one DOES fall under policy for removal it's just me having to stand firm now that I looked the information up and can stand on it completely. I won and they said it would be gone but it's still there plus turning in the recent one for the threats & harrassment she's bragging about.
My first time encountering a crazy but as my momma says "if you are going to do something, do it right" well I must have with this one.
