Ebay Account fine but paypal account limited, Can i still sell on it?

Hello,

Well my paypal account got limited. they denied the appeal. Anyways after 180 days i get the money (yay...) lol Ill think of it as a bonus.

Anyways,

The ebay account has a lot of vero warnings, so one more vero warning i know its going to get limited. So im thinking of just letting it chill for a good 6 months to a year, and then use it again. It has 100 sales, 5000 dollars a month, and no 21 day hold.

Will it get banned if i make sales and send payments to another paypal and will that new paypal get banned (linked)?

The word vero comes up once again.

In the last week I have seen more vero take downs then in the past.

What in the heck are you people thinking that sell tons of vero stuff?

One account after another.

I work way too hard to keep my account and no way am I going to allow them to take me down for not knowing what I am doing.

Some can sell vero without any issues, but we sure have seen a rash of people who must not know how.

The thing is sandy, everything on ebay is basically VERO. No one has the right to resell anything, unless they have asked the rights owner etc etc.

Who emails Nike and asks can they sell a pair of shoes that dont fit from an xmas present, for example? Thats all it takes for a VERO.

I dont know what its like in the states but we all know chanel and the likes are clearly VERO but I have heard of cases where people have been VERO'd for selling car wheel nuts in the U.K...

That does not make everything 'basically vErO'. Exaggeration there.

It means a seller has choosen to sell certain items because of a high return.

It is possible to avoid problems. :shhh:

I dont sell vero but did sell a pair of Air Jordons for 300 recently. No problems.
Lots of pictures and of course made sure the word USED was USED tons of times.
