Cant list items on 07 ebay account- ebay customer service no help
 

We cannot list items on 07 ebay account..mostly used for buying but now was going to sell on it.
Have talked to several ebay reps and they have had us on phone for hours. They say nothing is wrong with account and I can list but bs because I cannot list on the account. its been escalated on ebay and paypal to different depts and still nobody helps. one rep even offered to list an item for us and it still didnt work.
they sent us to trust and safety dept and they say they have no block on us and its technical problem. Throughout the entire process several ebay reps have lied or hung up on us. This is going on for months now. They always say they will contact us in 48 hours but nobody ever calls or emails back. no return emails either. I need some phone numbers of higher ups to help me. this is not a stealth account. its girlfriends account and she is frustrated and so am I. any help would be appreciated.

What message do you get when you hit "Sell" and go from there?

Have you tried to clear CCleaner to clean your cookies and cache and try a different browser. Sometimes I get having technical difficulties message with one browser and works fine with other.

If your details are not banned. Why not just open a new account with same details?

Opening a new one may be your best bet as elitepowersales said.

I have an account that is linked to a verified PP account and I can't list on it.

I have spoken to so many people at ebay to find out why and have been referred to the "special team" many times to give me an answer.

I have an email that is a joke, it must be as long as I am tall. I sent a request for help and they responded with a standard reply. I replied to that pointing out that none of my problems had been addressed by their reply...this went on several times - every time I replied I copied in all the old messages. Sometimes the rep would actually notice that the same questions had been asked, then ignored several times and would promise to reply with a real answer and a solution...guess what it never happened.

I gave up on the account. Opened a new one and started selling!

It wouldn't be as strong as an 07' account, I don't think. Have you tried using different computers and browsers?

thanks for the replies. we tried different computers, different browsers, cleaned cookies, etc.
its a shame ebay and paypal gives us the run around each time and nobody even executives cant fix this.
Would be very nice to use 07 account but seems going to have to create another one.
They say its nothing wrong with the account. no blocks, no restrictions but I dont trust them. I believe they do this purposely. If it was their mother they would fix it. I realy dont like ebay and paypal they really are scum of the earth. Working on my own website in the meantime while I make $$$.

gives some type of error that no ebay paypal employee know how to fix. they claim its technical but technical cant fix it either.

Something like that happened to one my old accounts and it was fixed by waiting a month and then cleaning flash cookies. I was so relieved.
