Problem with buying on ebay
 

HI guys every time i try buying on ebay via paypal i get this message -
Return to merchant and try different payment method available, paypal cannot process payment at the moment.

I have verified account, what could be the problem guys please help.

What funding source are you using, p/p balance, vcc or bank/prepaid card?

Did this show last night by any chance?

Had a couple of my customers message me saying they couldn't send payment because of a message that was similar to this..

Might be fixed now not sure but I have been receiving payments fine this morning.

Don`t forget - I think the `merchant`s pp account could be limited and unable to accept payment, no? Or would a different message appear.

its paypal balance i`m trying to use to pay for item on ebay.

how could i bypass this to pay ebay sellers without this stupid "return to merchant". thanks.

If this transaction was done in the past few days it might be part of the glitch along with the risk flag. The glitch has affected a few things on Paypal website, funny how no one was told about the problem.

I had several buyers bitched at me saying they couldn't pay the day before. PP said nothing wrong with my account or system. One buyer had the patience to retry. He said he tried for close to 2 hours with 3 or 4 hours wait in between before he could finally pay. But he did bitch at me again saying it's my account's fault.

I was said when I didn't sell so much as one item yesterday. Now I'm happy :-)

This has happenes to me many times and I have found out the reason why with google.

1. Paypal is about to be limited and is just waiting account review before its fully limited so the system blocks your payments.
2. The address on file is blocked for big amount of payments for whatever reason possible.
3. Paypal glitch system and works after a couple of hours.
