Ok so im wondering if you use live help and use a computer that has been previously been suspended will ebay link the accounts?

Yes they can....I know because I had an account in another country and I used live help in another country...

Then they asked me if "I liked travelling?" as it looked a little strange that I was using eBay from another country. (100% giveaway that they saw my IP)

I instantly knew that they could see my IP, so I said yes I'm currently on holidays....
