like how long should i wait before i sell? I sell amazon kindle fires and they are pretty pricey electronics. so do you think i should wait a bit before selling?

Yes, sell some "low risk" items first to build some feedback and trust with eb/pp.

The best thing to do after that is to get the stealth guide.

Read it, understand it and be patient with the steps.

You really need this in conjunction with the accounts.

And from there, you can post threads to ask your questions,
There really isn't one answer to everything, so really , get the guide first.

I'm sure then you'll have more specific questions once you study it.

Best precaution is to read the stealth guide.

I would not sell high end or highly sought after electronics on a brand new account.

Stop everything you are doing. Your questions are telling (experienced stealthers) that you do not know enough about the stealth process to be buying an account from anyone.

Do more reading. Knowledge is power.

First week
do some browsing, watching, bidding on that account

Next week
do some buying
listing cheap non vero items. 1 at a time! ship within 24 hours, upload tracking, after delivery list another cheap item.
