i have Ebay account for about 11 months,it has 3 positive feedbacks. How can I icrease selling limits? and why my month selling limits are 0 ? I was thinking what selling limits increase after month

But I had sold half year ago my broken iphone and not gotten any message. I don't understand..I will refund of course ! I withdraw fund's to my credit card, can I somehow cancel withdrawal? Or wait several days I will refund imidiatly I get money to my card

This is why you don't buy accounts from UNAUTHORIZED sellers on the forum.

If you do so, it becomes BUYER BEWARE and not the problem of the forum.
