2 items per day is all you sell?

Guess you need to stop completely, selling 2 items per day would be a total waste of my time.

Just to let you know I sold over 200 items yesterday for more then 10,000 in sales. Profits around 4,000. I spent about 2 hours packing, making labels etc today for them. Add in the time I spent buying the items, picture taking and listing I made probably made 350 per hour. Not too shabby.

Now would you consider that a hassle?

I now have 50+ working accounts with feedback and another 50 new accounts I am starting to work on to build feedback.

My goal is to have 100 working accounts by Christmas time with no selling limits to any account.

My other goal is to have 300 or more accounts created and aging for later use.

Oh and I sold 25 items this week on Amazon and 5 items on Craigslist.

Guess you get out what you put in and if you are not willing give the effort and put in the time you wont succeed at anything in life.
That is awesome! You are 100% correct, what you put in is exactly what you get out!

100 accounts by christmas is a joke. I have a handful of accounts, and that is all you need. When you run into that many you are just asking for issues.

I reckon you are the master of a few accounts too.

That's merely your opinion there will be issues.

Correctly handled why would there be? Using due care & diligence it can be possible.

I sell one item per week, through auction, and this is enough to cover living for 1.5 weeks. My budget is very intricate, I have my expenses cut down (no starbucks trips, etc.) so that I can still make a profit off of this one sale each week.

Holiday seasons, I tend to get offers so I sell more and get more profit during those times (which allows me to have a holiday as well )

I am up to about 20 accounts and sell on 7 right now. Tomorrow i have 6 more aged 30 days or more.
Is is not hard to run 20-30 accounts. Just keep track of stuff and you'll be fine

By Christmas I plan to have at least 50 up and running or aging.

Where you get that many things to sell?
Auctions, yard sales, estates, thrift stores, storage units, craigslist and have tons of people who I pass out my business card to when I go to auctions that I buy stuff.

I also buy off ebay to re sell, people putting things in the wrong category or not knowing what something is can make you some money.

I have 3 storage units right now and will need a 4th one if I can get the estate I have given an offer on.

I have bought several estates lately, meaning the entire house full of stuff.

I call the junk man for the stove, frig, etc and a local guy for all the furniture if its not antique and we clean out the rest for re sale. Junk gets donated.

I sell 7 items/week (1 per day) with a profit margin of about $130/day. I graduate from college in about a week (electrical engineer). In addition to my career related job I have waiting for me, I will be making 6 figures and rather comfortable.

Ebay allowed me to be able to focus completely on school and not have to get a traditional "job".....although selling to live is a job of sorts.

I currently have 86 seller accounts aging; 12 of which have NO limits, 7 have 100/5k limits, 14 accounts have that stupid new 10/500 limit (the newest ones), and the rest have 10/1000 limits. I am currently selling on only 2 of them, but 41 have at least one feedback.

I realize for my sales level, it will be overkill for most. But when I began....and even now to a degree...ebay was my SOLE source of income. I continue making new accounts at a rate of maybe 3-4 a week.

Sandy takes it to a whole new level, in an inspirational and amazing way. FAR from being a hassle and she is clearly reaping the rewards. I would do the same if I could, but I'm maintaining pretty well so far.

Before I went back to School I was selling 700-800 items a month, now that I'm back in School I'm barely at 50 items a month. It's a nice way to make that extra cash on top of what my wife makes already. As of right now School is #1 priority. Hopefully in 2 yrs I won't need to sell on ebay and have a full time job. Who knows I might end up buying from one of you guys!

I have bought many estates over the years.

This one would be up there because of the antiques and collectibles in the house.

I dont mess with the appliances but re sell them to a dealer.

Newer furniture the same.

Antique furniture we take and sell on CL.

If I can get this one I would be so excited to get in a dig into boxes and closets I did not get time to go through much.

You must go to "all selling" and then "request higher selling allowances". That should then ask you to link to a Paypal account which has had the deposits verified, and you should then have your limits raised to 100 items/£3500 per month.

I personally started off with 7 items a day across 6 stealth accounts (so 7x6=42 per day). I started this plan 2 weeks ago and everything is working fantastically.

My last attempt at 25 per day from the start on one account failed miserably with Paypal asking for supplier invoices as such. I just left the account to die after that and had to completely redo my business plan, but am now happy.

I am doing it now so can obviously confirm it. I would not have posted that if it were unsafe and I had been limited, like I was with my ridiculous 25 per day on one brand new account plan. I would have reached my selling allowance in just four days on that old plan, while on my current one I can sell until half way through the month. I now use that time to restock and take time off from my business.
