Tracking does not update in PP from ebay shipping
 

Hi guys,

I am stumped at how to fix without calling...

One of my more busy accounts the tracking never updates into pp when using ebay label shipping. I thought maybe I was checking too soon. However again none of orders printed from yesterday added any tracking to PP.

account is about 3 years old. Should I re-do the billing agreement?
I really do not want to call today... Just not feelin it...lol

I've been having the same problem with only about 50% of my orders being uploaded to PP. Frustrating since they all end up going the full 21 days until they get released.

I update them manually. However sometimes 30+ a day is very annoying...

jj - I open one window with items sold and one window I update all tracking. However shouldn't be happening and doesn't on other accounts. This account originated prior to 2009. I don't want to call cause info doesn't match... (I know...I know) Been going like this since then so don't wanna rock the boat....

Sometimes it sux but you should not be tinkering with something that is not broken.

It was working until updates.... Maybe they will fix it....

Thought maybe cause account was set up pre ebay shipping billing agreement thats what was missing.

Happens on some of my accounts some times.

It happens from time to time, just go to Paypal and manually upload the tracking. It might take a few times but eventually it will take. Paypal=Sneaky *******s :fight:

arghhhhh... all of them...

I hate using extra data thats not cheap just to upload tracking number...

Does anybody know if I do mass printing on pp then it all uploads to ebay?

I've been noticing this too and it makes me a little annoyed. Can't wait till it starts working again.
