WTF Banned from selling on ebay randomly?
 

Okay so I was browsing on ebay and I randomly got this message:

Our decision is based on evidence from our records. We're not comfortable with your selling practices or business model, and we feel they don't help to promote a positive buying and selling environment.

Please remember that you can't use other accounts or register new accounts to sell on eBay. If you do, your accounts could be limited, restricted, or suspended.

I think you could of been linked.. look what they said. 'based on records'... you most probably are NOT doing something 'stealth' enough to get past it.

Rethink your methods, don't just create another account as that will go down if you are working and setting accounts up the same as before.

Take a step back and analyse. Dont waste bank accounts either

ask a mod to edit if you cant

whoops is..but am not too fussed tbh

its random, and mostly to do with what you're selling, if it linked a previous account, they would of suspended you. It's most likely because you had 1 or more people complain, and i've had it happen to fresh accounts 2 months in with perfect feedback

Yeah, i'm not too fussed about the ebay as I can still buy, but should I be worried about my paypal now?
I think I now how they have some connection (i've had no complaints on ebay)..so am going to be careful from now..

if you know how this happened make sure you take steps to prevent it happening again

sometimes when the ebay gets suspended...they limit the paypal account too

Were you buying or selling schrib?

i sold a faulty blackberry. Buyer left positive feedback no problems. Then after that I was selling a blackberry torch, the buyer never paid on sunday. and tommorrow was dispute date, today got the above message randomly..

Also alot of things people sell can be VeRO or high risk and most them dont even know it. They will banned u useing the same email u got above. blackberry phones would be high risk so it could cause a worker to start sniffin around your stealth account.

I got the same email. I was told that after a above standard review on Oct 20th, that they received many complaints from random buyers and others in the community about the authenticity of my items, yet I have been selling for over 13 yeas without a single negative feedback. They say they can't tell me what the complaints were, leaving me to believe there were none to begin with. No my seller account that I have worked on for so long has been indefinitely suspended. WTF!!
