Ebay International shipping (exclusion) change?
 

Hey guys.
I've been blocking Int'l buyers forever, but I noticed someone from Chile bought from me on Sun.
I then went into prefs and I see that NO Int'l countries are "excluded".

Didn't there used-to be a setting called "block buyers from countries to which I don't ship"? - and then you simply don't specify any Int'l shipping in all your listings.
That seems to be missing now.

Can anyone confirm this change, or is it just my imagination?

Everyone knows what a hassle Int'l "buyers" (more like scammers) can be, and I've found that it makes my life far easier to pre-ban them altogether.

You have to go into additional Shipping options in the future auction listings.

If international buyers are problem, avoid them. Not missing - it's in further options.

Go in an click all those countries you do not want to ship to.

I started selling internationally and did very well for a while then the scammers starting doing their thing and cost me a ton of money. Even though the packages showed shipped and delivered pp took their side of course.

Not any more.

Any follow-up verity?

Only countries to ship to are Japan and Canada. I can tell you, those Japanese people love their SSD hard drives and the Canadians love hair dryers, must be all that cold.
