can i use this vcc for ebay?

If my VCC have 1$ can i verify my ebay acount whit this ? Did they will ask me for more to do seller acc ?

If your VCC is good and strong, I think they will accept it, I guess you still need to do phone verification though

for my country they not ask phone verification they send code only by email :)

im not sure for that asking , i think they only ask to add cart like methot do pay fees they dont charge any amouint from it

yes but its kinda hard to find bulgarian proxy :D

Why you need a proxy if you can change ip each time you open router?
