Viewing emails from iPhone ...
 

Hi all,

Is it ok to be viewing emails from my iPhone for multiple stealth accounts?!

Im not viewing images, replying to messages on ebay etc just solely seeng when its have sold etc.

doesnt matter i used to have like 10 accs on my iphone mail app

I view them all the time since beacons are blocked....

I am wondering though if answering emails through gmail on iphone browser is ok?

I'm very interested in the answer to this ^^^^^ as well.

Using the Gmail app on the iphone is fine as it will not include the IP address in the mail headers.

However this is not the case with Apple's mail app for the ihpone which will include the IP address in the mail header for ALL messages relied to.

Using the browser to access web based Gmail is ok it will not reveal the IP address in headers when replying to mail.

Select not to load remote images in settings

Mail, Contacts, Calanders > Load remote images.........select OFF

So it's fine to reply eBay messages using the email reply (not the imbeded respond button)? I mean there are no cookies, or beacons, and they're not seeing your IP so you're ok to reply to messages, right?

NO. Apple's mail app will include your IP address in the message header.

Gmail app does not do this.

Well provided you're on the cellular network and reset your IP between users, the IP they see will be that of your cellular carrier, correct? You just have to make sure your not on your home wireless IP.

That would depend on whether you use the phone browser to access e/b or p/p so care is still required.
