Buy It Now or Auction?

I have a big inventory of baby toys I want to list this month. Am I better off listing one buy it now w/ multiple quantities available, or making more than one auction?

I'm asking because I know eBay restricts how many listings you can make in each category per month. (Fair trading environment policy)

BIN with multiple quantities is what I would do.
