Need tips on selling on an 8 yr old account
 

I have an account that was established in 2004 (family member). It's been unused for a few years. Feedback is 4, but those were all purchases.

Because it is aged, is it safe to list 80-100 items? Or do I need to treat this like a new account and start slowly?

Any feedback/tips would be greatly appreciated.

Like a new account... You might even get hit with limits are first listing...

Do not use family member, create one in your name or stealth.

ALWAYS treat it like a new account - nice gem you have there. You should probably give it to GreenBean to have her green thumb on it.

I have a 2005 and a 2007 account I have in the closet kind of.

I list a few things a month, buy some things, watch some things etc.

Has to be treated like new since it sat for a long time.

Use it wisely and slowly.


Issue with being a family members also. I am not for using a family members account because if you screw up and cost them the account and they want to use it later you will be the blame. Not a good situation to be in.

And you never know when someone needs to use that ebay account either.
