UK/AUZ folk, noticed the drop in feedback scores?

Since this 12 month policy has come in, the general feedback for sellings is looking worse than ever. I've probably come across 2 100% feedback sellers in my product category, and there are hundreds of sellers.

Luckily I've got no neutral or negs (yes, now neutral is classed as neg, -1), but those who have, it's certainly starting to show!

to tell you the truth mine have actually gone up for some reason, i was averaging 4.5's ... now most are up to 4.7/4.8 surprisingly, but i wont hold my breath.
