It's May 19th and I'm still able to leave negative feedback for buyers...

Some bitch that was threatening me to leave me negative today (the day when sellers won't be able to leave neutral/negative feedback anymore) did leave me a negative this morning. I logged into my eBay account and to my surprise was able to leave her negative feedback too. She'll drop off her chair when she sees it, I'm sure.

But ...I thought starting today we would not be able to leave negatives anymore? Did eBay forgot to turn this on or something?

Ebay time uses PST. Its like 7am there now. I'm sure it will kick in soon.

Yah I went to leave feedback this afternoon around 2:00 PST and it gave me that popup about buyers no longer being able to receive negative feedback so be honest about your transaction (or something to that effect).

yeah, it's done. i tried around 2pm central time, and no more negs.
