Something going on with feedback percentages
 

My feedback % keeps changing between 2 numbers as I refresh? I hit refresh a couple times it gives me another percentage click a few more times a different percentage... :confused:

I thought might be due to cookies or something deleted all those tried still the same...

I suppose they are implementing the new way they are calculated?

Are Neutral feedback not considered -1 towards your score? the other day i had 99.3% feedback score with only 1 neg and 1 neutral on my record. Aftre checking it today i am down to 98.6 and still have the same neg and neutral amount

The Positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the number of positive, negative and neutral ratings (including weekly Repeat Feedback) received in the last 12 months as follows:


Positives
____________ (means divided by)
Positives + Neutrals + Negatives

new system there implementing, ahh goodluck with it hope you don't hit rock bottom with the new system.

theres no point in having a neutral if its going to be the same as a negative.
it should be eiather positive or negative, better still should be the way it use to be.

i liked ebay alot better 5 years ago.

My two cents worth: ebay and any seller is a battle. Has been for years. As long as ebay
is, as long as anyone sells, there are battle conditions.
Therefore anyone has to be prepared to fight ebay to the best of their abilities. Success lies in your own hands. Do your homework and fight, not moan about the changes.
Life changes daily, adapt.....

how are we supposed to fight against this?
its like sending a blind guy to race in nascar.
