For ebay/paypal I need to verify with a credit card? Simon or vcc?
 

Ok for ebay stealth and paypal stealth i need to verify with a credit card. Is using the simon gift card visa better or a vcc?

Also when setting up a simon gift card visa for paypal do you need to provide a ssn#? because i dont feel comfortable giving out my info at all. I had a ebay and paypal tank (after 6 month a girl that i sold a unlocked iphone to for $490 filed a chargeback and a guy lied and said he never recieved a htc inspire i sent him filed a chase to) and i didnt give my ssn# so i was like whatever and just left them, after that paypal asked for my ssn# and ebay limited me.

But so i just want to know does it require a ssn# and also can paypal do anything to me without my ssn#
