selling limit question
 

We start off with a 100 item selling limit. I know that this increases with good feedback and ratings.

My question is lets say i list 100 items a month but only 50 sell. Will ebay still look at increasing this limit or will they only do that when i am selling all 100 items a month?

They wont look at the fact that you are not selling at the max limit. They will look at WHAT you sell and feedback so just work on that.

You have been lucky as alot of accounts are getting started off with a limit of 10.

i was able to list 5 item only for my new acc:tears:.

that's true. they gave me 5 listing a month or up to 250usd item value.i need to provide proof of add, driving license etc to lift this limit.

Yes..just make small profit for each month. Where can i find my listing limit on bay page just to make sure i am not hit their limit?

Tried verifying your paypal account? That usually increases it.

Next thing it will be 1 item per month.

My pp is verified by physical visa card (not vcc or gift card) and also bank account attached with it which every personal detail are totally same. I guess my mistake is tried to list lot (just 5) in one week time since my account is just one month old. :)

Just wonder what should i do with limit 1 item per month? selling tanker or aeroplane:)

I hope you have started opening new accounts.
That way you have backups accounts and can list more straight away.

Thanks Bunneh. I am on my way to set up another more account but the main problem is to get some prepaid card that can be link to PP. Here we need sent photocopy of our personal details to bank card which means the prepaid card is belong to me and registered with real name cannot simplify put others.

Yes sometime in each of our ebay / paypal lives we all have to send in documents to verify our identity... painful process but this is where you need to be creative.

Sell used ladies underwear.

There is a seller on ebay gets 25-100 per pair.

100 accounts, 1 item per account would make some decent money.

The things people will sell and the things people will buy is simply amazing.

last night i am tried to list my 7th item in my latest account unfortunatelly got some message from e b a y. " your account has reached selling limit bla2 bla bla". this my second account with selling limit 5 item for a month. :faint:

She was selling an item for 0.99 in the wrong section that I was bidding on and looked at her other items and about dropped to the floor.

I looked at her fb and of course some weirdos posted "great item as described ..........".

I will let the rest go.

They sure will. Guess we all need to re think our strategy.
